WARRANTY INFORMATION

Five-Year Limited Warranty

Lone Star Marine warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in

materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

During the 5 year Warranty Period, the Company will replace or repair defective products at no charge to the customer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Damage resulting from accidents, fire, water, or other external causes.

Products that have been modified, altered, or tampered with.

Failure to follow the Product's Operation or Maintenance Instructions.

Products used in applications for which they were not designed or intended.

To make a claim under this warranty, the Customer must:

1. Contact Lone Star Marine within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect.

2. Provide proof of purchase, including the original sales receipt or invoice.

3. Follow the Company's instructions for returning the defective Product for inspection.

Lone Star Marine reserves the right to inspect the Product and determine whether the defect is

covered under this warranty. If the Product is found to be defective and covered under this

warranty, Lone Star Marine will, at its option, repair or replace the Product.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Lone Star Marine’s liability under this limited warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective Product.

Lone Star Marine shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential

damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of use of the Product.
